Falmouth Toyota was very easy to work with. Three years ago I leased a car for the first time. Ken made the process of turning the car in and selecting a new lease very straightforward. I wanted to save money with my 150 mile round trip daily commute and had been thinking about a Prius for a long time. I was in servicing my Highlander Hybrid and went to talk to Jimmy, my salesman from six commute and had been thinking about a Prius for a long time. I was in servicing my Highlander Hybrid and went to talk to Jimmy, my salesman from six years ago. Jimmy was as usual his enthusiastic and helpful self, very knowledgable about the product and the processes. I went home and turned around and came back the same afternoon and purchased the Prius. It was the last one like it on the lot. We closed the deal, with the extras I wanted and I am now a happy, "greener" Prius owner. I am very happy with both the sales and service from the dealership. Anthony was great from the start on Sunday morning when he replied to me on email,,, meet with him Monday am and by noon the deal was done. This is our third Toyota from Falmouth Toyota and I am sure it woun't be the last. The Murphy's and their staff always do a great job.
