Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. That is why you continually see the same faces everytime you come here for service or sales and we see the same customers over and over again. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Best experience I could imagine I have been looking for a specific used car for months. After an extensive search, I saw the car that fit the bill had been traded in here at Falmout I have been looking for a specific used car for months. After an extensive search, I saw the car that fit the bill had been traded in here at Falmouth Toyota. After making an appointment with Amy Killoran, I made the 90 minute drive to Bourne. The car was exactly as it was described. I road tested it and checked it over, (I've been in the car business most of my life so I'm no stranger to checking over used vehicles) and I couldn't be happier. Amy's approach is straightforward and honest. We quickly made a deal that we could both live with and I had my car delivered to me, 80+ miles away the following week. Every business, not just car dealers, could learn a lesson from how I was treated here!. Highly recommended! More

Amazing experience , I have never been to a dealership where I was treated so well. Colby signs was so pleasant and fun to deal with, answered all my questions made thin , I have never been to a dealership where I was treated so well. Ian in financial made me feel he was doing All he could to get me the best price. During that time the owner came in and thanked me very genuinely in person for buying a vehicle there today. When I went back for my sticker the service department was more than accommodating and very efficient in time. I can’t say enough about Falmouth Toyota thank you so much I will continue to get my truck service there and highly recommend to the people I know that they choose Falmouth Toyota More

Buying a new Tacoma here was seamless and outstanding. I live in Hyannisport, very close to Hyannis Toyota. I've not had a great sales or service experience there. Falmouth Toyota is worth the extra drive because I've never had a bad experience with either sales or service. Everyone treats you as if you are their only customer.
