Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. That is why you continually see the same faces everytime you come here for service or sales and we see the same customers over and over again. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Extraordinary service department and reasonably priced For 20 years I’ve worked with this service department for each of the Toyotas I’ve owned. Today I worked with Jared Neves and he was excellent; thoro For 20 years I’ve worked with this service department for each of the Toyotas I’ve owned. Today I worked with Jared Neves and he was excellent; thorough, patient and no ego. The team did a great job servicing the car and the pricing was spot on. They don’t overcharge their customers for service because they want to build a relationship so you come in and buy and service cars. Also they have great retention with their staff. Their set up is remarkable because you just drive in. The garage doors are automatic and superfast and immediately you are greeted. They have several waiting room areas so you can work quietly relax or enjoy TV. The Caliber of the experience at this dealership actually even exceeds what I’ve experienced in the cities. More

He found the perfect second-hand car for me a Lexus RX 350 with less than 60,000 miles for a price that was absolutely unbeatable. While test driving it I noticed the seat heater wasn't functioning property so they immediately fixed it. He always returned my calls promptly and was very kind when I went to see him at the dealership. This is the second car we buy at Falmouth Toyota and we will always come back. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend them. More
