Purchased Used Prius My wife and I have been searching for a used car for about six months and then a used Prius for two of those month. Using an online database we found My wife and I have been searching for a used car for about six months and then a used Prius for two of those month. Using an online database we found a 2014 Prius that everything we wanted located at Falmouth Toyota. We completed an online inquiry and heard back the next day from Jeff coming. In our inquiry we had asked that the price be lowered by $1000. Jeff initially said that the price cannot be lowered, but after some exclamation of why we needed it lowered (wanted to save for remote start and some other accessories) , Jeff was able to find some middle ground (including dropping the price of the car but adding in remote start installed by them). At this point we agreed to buy the car and put down a deposit. The process was somewhat complicated as we are buying the car out-of-state, but Jeff work that's over a period of a week to get the remote start installed paperwork completed, and so on so that my wife and I could come down and sign the papers and eventually have the car delivered to our home. We really appreciated him out of effort and time Jeff, Justin White, and the others at Falmouth Toyota put in even though this wasn't a new car or a very expensive used car. Going forward I certainly plan to recommend fulfillment Toyota and Jeff to anyone in the market for a car. More

I am very pleased with the car to date but I wanted remote start and a tr .About a month ago I purchased a used 2015 Highlander from Falmouth Toyota. I am very pleased with the car to date but I wanted remote start and a trailer harness installed (since there was none with the hitch). Having that work done could not have been done in a much smoother manner. They did have and issue with programming the remote , which happens from time to time, but they let me keep the "courtesy" loaner for the duration of the time it took. Came home with a RAV4 Two weeks ago I walked into the Falmouth Toyota dealership just to look around and check out pre-owner vehicles. I left with a new 2017 RAV 4 and I l Two weeks ago I walked into the Falmouth Toyota dealership just to look around and check out pre-owner vehicles. I left with a new 2017 RAV 4 and I love the car. When I walked in I was met by Coby Signs. He asked what I was looking for that day and I told him that I wasn't really ready to buy but was doing research and was interested in pre-owned vehicles. He started asking what vehicles ad showed me list, then we looked on the lot. Great knowledge of the vehicles and we talked about comparative models and upper models too. Knowing what I was looking for I also asked him to give me a comparison on the purchase of a new car with my trade in. There were no pushy tactics. He even added something to the deal that I asked for. Now I"m not stupid and I know that dealers know what they can and cannot give a little on but I thought that Toyota had a great deal on the RAV 4 and I loved the feel and handling of the vehicle and I was sold. Coby was so knowledgeable and even gave me later advice on care of the car. He was proud of what Toyota sold and it showed. He also showed me a review from his brother, who had recently purchased a RAV 4. Overall a great experience. I can only hope that the RAV 4 continues to perform as it is doing now. Awesome safety features. Love the automatic headlights..high beam on and off is amazing and reliable. I got the LE model which is basic, i.e. no moon roof, fog lights, and I think the radio does a little less but it is an awesome vehicle. Got the silver, which I never expected, and it looks classy.
