Our F 150 wouldn't start, called and spoke with Agnes, she got the info, called the warranty company, we didn't expect to be worked on for a couple days, she called us and it was ready earlier than expec she got the info, called the warranty company, we didn't expect to be worked on for a couple days, she called us and it was ready earlier than expected! I call over and over, only to leave a message that is never returned or told to leave a message because they don't know when a service mana service.
