Brought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in to have rear brakes done. I was told the cost would be $290. After an hour of waiting, Kenneth came to tell me that the tech was not able to get the pins back in brakes done. I was told the cost would be $290. After an hour of waiting, Kenneth came to tell me that the tech was not able to get the pins back in so that would mean I would need calipers, etc. which would cost me $1,000 instead of the original price I was quoted. First I was not prepared to pay that much and second Family Hyundai passes the 3.25% fee for using a credit card or debit card onto the customer. Not happy. More

Awful. . I will not be buying another car from this dealer. Buying the car was a good experience but the service center is absolutely awful. You call there’s . You call there’s no answer ever, no call back ever, mailbox is full more than half the time I call, online appointment system is always down, impossible to get in when something actually happens to your car, get turned away for walk-ins several times. Absolutely in disappointment of the car I bought from them. Don’t buy at car here is what I would tell anyone I know. More
