Yeah, it's been multiple times with Colin he's just dry and not helpful or welcoming. It's just frustrating like this last time . I was due for an oil change, he didn't offer it. So I'll just be going to a jiffy lube. Just customer service has been terrible. And my Tucson just stays the same. I will be taking my business elsewhere soon.
