I have had a horrible experience buying a used car from this dealership. I came in knowing the car I wanted, but Austin tried to sell me all kinds of other cars for twice the price of the one I was seeking this dealership. I came in knowing the car I wanted, but Austin tried to sell me all kinds of other cars for twice the price of the one I was seeking. Then once I agree to purchase the vehicle they proceeded to try and nickle and dime me before closing the sale. After 5 hours of dealing with the dealership, I was finally able to leave. A couple days later, while attempting to drive home after dark, I discovered that the headlights were so poorly aligned I could not see the road at all! I contacted the dealership about the issue 5 times in 10 days. When I finally was able to bring the vehicle into the shop, I sat for 2 hours to have them tell me they didn't have the parts needed. A while week goes by and I hear nothing, I call to ask why and they inform me that the part "just arrived" 🙄 Yeah right! Today, after 2 more hours waiting for repairs, I now have given up 10 hours of my life waiting at this place to drive away with a working car that I paid for over 3 weeks ago. I would advise everyone against going to this dealership, especially if you don't plan of buying a brand new vehicle. If you are buying used, they constantly try to bait and switch, be warned. More

We had no intentions on buying a new car, but decided to look at some anyway. Jason introduced us to a salesman named Adam and obviously you know where this ends, we bought a new Tucson Ultimate with all wheel drive. I don’t want to sound cliche but the dealerships name is “Family” and it’s very fitting as we left there we truly felt like we were treated like family. I am in sales as well and pride myself on building relationships just like Jason has done with us. We highly recommend Family Hyundai I forgot the name of the young lady who explained all the options on the vehicle and the gentleman in finance, 5 stars for the as well. More
