Friendly staff but too compartmentalized The staff was very friendly even the ones that weren't waiting on us. Our salesman Mike was very patient and “real”. I never felt like he was selling us a bunch of nonsense. Very down to earth. He gave us a tour of the building. I came to family because of the superstore sized inventory. Volume means better pricing and it was true. I did my homework and found that they really were the cheapest w/I 20+ miles. I love the warranties and the proximity to my house. We walked in about 6ish at night and by the time I agreed to the price it was after 8-8:30. (This time includes a good length of time for a test drive). My only complaint through the whole process would be that we had to wait for 2 other staff members to go through their spiel. We sat with our salesman and chatted to kill time for over an hour waiting because apparently they only have these 2 guys to be able to give these spiels. Finally we met with the after market/warranty guy. Very nice but every warranty he went through reminded him of some lengthy story that he insisted on telling us. I’m normally ok with funny stories but at 9:30 at night after I’ve already having been there for 3:30 hours, I’m ready to leave!! Then we went to the finance guy even though I paid cash. I had to give him my check and sign some more paperwork. I think this could have been taken care of by our salesman but normally this guy would try to sell you an extended warranty but even he was ready to go home too and didn’t even try to persuade me. Too compartmentalized. It should all be done by the salesman. Everything I love. The little features and perks about bringing your car to be serviced there is fantastic. More

Quick and excellent service!! I needed an oil change done and also was supposed to have my 15,000 mile service done. However I didnt feel the extra services were needed and Tom was I needed an oil change done and also was supposed to have my 15,000 mile service done. However I didnt feel the extra services were needed and Tom was amazing in understanding. He did agree at least a tire rotation should be done to allow my tires to last longer. I was in and out with an oil change and tire rotation done within an hour. Absolutely will always recommend Family Hyundai! More

Went back and forth each time giving a little and getting a little. Decided to think about it overnight but before we left talked with Bob who tried just as hard as George but we still decided to think about it overnight. Received a call from Graham who also asked us to come back and talk some more. Went back the next day and talked some more with George and decided to buy. During the handling of paperwork we interacted with Amy who was a wealth of helpfulness. Continuing on we talked with Al from customer service and was informed of many options, some of which we took advantage of. Onward to Joe from financing. He also informed us of options. The whole experience was pleasant with the going back and forth regarding the price and added fun experience. More
