my oil change experience upon arrival i mentioned to jim that i had a postem sticker on the steering wheel..please donot adjust the seat...same sticker worked good last oil ch upon arrival i mentioned to jim that i had a postem sticker on the steering wheel..please donot adjust the seat...same sticker worked good last oil change..also that my low tire light was on...when i got the car back the seat was pushed all the way back and the note was gone..also the low tire light was still on..i found a nice short latin tech.inside that took the car back in..he said he put 38 psi in all tires and also the low tire light was out..he needs a kudos from management because he saved my up to that point a not very good opinion of the service...made me to consider going elsewhere for the next service call....but on a good note...i love my 2018 sonata...thank you for hearing me out. . Jerry was great, but that’s where the pos. experience ends Working with Jerry was great. But having to wait 2 hours to go into the Financing office, to buy a car we were paying all cash for and not financing, Working with Jerry was great. But having to wait 2 hours to go into the Financing office, to buy a car we were paying all cash for and not financing, is unacceptable. We were told for over an hour, “you’re next, you’re next.” For not financing a dime, this wait time was ridiculous. We purchased our last car all cash as well and didn’t experience anything like we did at Family Hyundai. For this reason, I would not recommend to family/friends. More
