Service Advisor James met me with a professional and friendly demeanor, confirmed my service request and checked me in without issue. Upon completion, he explained services provided and provided an overview on the conditon of my car. In all, I was in and out in about an hours time. Good car service should be like a good plane trip: uneventful, which this was. FH has my trust with regard to my GenCoupe; you won't go wrong giving them yours. More

Kristi is beyond wonderful! I just purchased a 2019 Tucson Sport and have nothing bad to say! This purchase makes the 4th hyundai we have bought at this de is beyond wonderful! I just purchased a 2019 Tucson Sport and have nothing bad to say! This purchase makes the 4th hyundai we have bought at this dealership from Kristi. She worked with me through several emails about what I was looking for. She made the entire process from test driving to all of the paperwork effortless. There was no doubt in my mind that I got the very best deal I could get. She really spent time going through all over the bells and whistles that were on my car and was never frustrated if she had to go over the twice. I currently live 2.5 hours away and drove back to Tinley just to see what Kristi could show me and I will absolutely come and get any other car here again. She is such an assets to the family hyundai team! I have already made several recommendations to people I know where I currently live to make the drive because this service is well worth it!!!!! Service vusit I brought in my car because of a mouse I heard . It was determined that my struts needed replacing in addition to a caliper and brake pad. I had recen I brought in my car because of a mouse I heard . It was determined that my struts needed replacing in addition to a caliper and brake pad. I had recently had my car in for the 130,000 Mike check and I was surprised that these issues weren’t noticed then. At that time brakes were done so I’m not sure why the caliper had an issue etc. a few days later I left on a trip out of state and noticed a loud thumping noise as I drove down the interstate. After examination I realized that my rear right tire was missing two lug nuts. I could only think that they were not placed back at the recent service call. This is the first time I have had an issue at family Hyundai. I am reluctant to bring my car in again fearing sloppy service and wondering if I can trust the finished product. I do want to say that Crystal is always excellent I’m just concerned about the mechanics . More
