Upon completion, he explained services provided and provided an overview on the conditon of my car. In all, I was in and out in about an hours time. She worked with me through several emails about what I was looking for. She made the entire process from test driving to all of the paperwork effortless. There was no doubt in my mind that I got the very best deal I could get. She really spent time going through all over the bells and whistles that were on my car and was never frustrated if she had to go over the twice. I currently live 2.5 hours away and drove back to Tinley just to see what Kristi could show me and I will absolutely come and get any other car here again.
