Dream Car Secured Went into Family Hyundai to look at a Sonata and we saw a preowned Genesis. It was just returned from a lease. It needed some work to get it to certified preowned status. The work was done and we picked it up a few days later however the trunk had a strange odor in it. When we pointed it out Al Pellizzeri stepped up and made sure the issue was taken care of. They needed the car for a couple of days but no worries because Al gave us a Genesis loaner. We were impressed by the commitment to take care of everything to our satisfaction, even on a preowned vehicle. Tom Salin the Genesis Service Advisor also was a great help when we had an issue with a road hazard in our tire after we had the car for a week. . More
