He took the time to get me EXACTLY what I wanted both times I bought a car. I got one last year and it got totaled due to an accident. Rick got me into something even better with zero stress. I get treated with respect unlike other hyundais I've tried in the past. I'd only recommend Hyundai in Tinley park and no where else. And Rick too. It's just an amazing and stress less experience. Disappointed I am always impressed by this facility. However this most recent experience has me questioning whether I should return. My car was not washed, and par I am always impressed by this facility. However this most recent experience has me questioning whether I should return. My car was not washed, and part of the inspection was unfinished. On top of that, all of the caps that go on the tire air valves are missing; this is the second time I’ve had to have them replaced since they were carelessly never reapplied. I’m super disappointed in this experience and more upset that I spent my time and money at a place who doesn’t care about me or my vehicle. More
