"Impressed"! My appointment for an oil change was at 9:15am on a Saturday. I got there at 9 and expected to be there a while. Surprisingly, I was able to drive my My appointment for an oil change was at 9:15am on a Saturday. I got there at 9 and expected to be there a while. Surprisingly, I was able to drive my vehicle right into the garage. I was greeted my an extremely courteous man who explained everything. I was shocked to discover that my oil change also included a free car wash and vacuum. After registering my car with the dealership I was led back to a large waiting area with tables, chairs and couches. There was also a little room off to the side that was a quiet room. In the main room there was coffee and a table full of coffee cakes! A large screen TV was on the wall with HGTV playing. I grabbed a cup of coffee and settled in still expecting to be there for at least an hour because a coworker of mine told me that when she takes her Hyundai to her dealership, she is there for 2 hours! I was probably there for 30 minutes tops. My oil was changed. All fluids were topped off. My tires were checked and air was added. my car was washed and vacuumed and the total cost was just $44! I will be servicing my vehicle here from now on. More

What a great experience. Tom Salin was awesome. I was stranded. My car wouldn't start and I didn't know what to do. I called Tom Salin who has always helped me out since I've purchased the car (2011 I was stranded. My car wouldn't start and I didn't know what to do. I called Tom Salin who has always helped me out since I've purchased the car (2011). He not only helped me with purchasing a battery, which I thought was the problem. It wasn't, but I needed a battery anyway. He helped me to get a tow truck and have the car towed in. Even though I didn't have an appointment he made time for me. After only about having my car there for 2 hrs, he called me to tell me that my starter was the the problem. Instead of sticking me with a large bill of replacing the starter, he had the mechanic look at the starter and they found out it was only a plastic level in the starter that broke. ( A $8.15 part). They replaced the lever and had my car back to me in a total of 3 hrs. He even offered to come and pick me up at my home to get my car since it was a Sat and he was getting off anyway. Now that's what I call customer service. It's really does feel like a FAMILY. Thanks again Tom. Your the best More

I was at the car show looking at a few different models and The Hyundia sales people where very helpful there. I started looking on line at prices and decide to visit Family Hyundai in Tinley park I met Jaclyn Bobbit she was very helpful and curtious she was not a push overwelli g sales person we test dro e th Santa Fe Ultimate. I very surpused by all the room and quality also all the options included. I went home was really looking at pricing and warranties. Jaclyn was in contact with me and was willing to answer any questions I had. Came back again to the Dealership we narrowed it down to what I wanted and for my budget. The funny thing I ended up getting a different color I went in for. Also Mr Waltson was very helpful as well as a few others that I got to meet in my experience at Family Hyundai. I can't say more then enough about the dealership in super friendly not over bearing and made me feel very comfortable in my purchase I couldn't be Happier.
