Horrible customer service once the papers are signed I purchased a vehicle here on a Saturday, with the promise they would call Monday to paint a scratch on the car. Drove 2.5 hours home on less than 1/ I purchased a vehicle here on a Saturday, with the promise they would call Monday to paint a scratch on the car. Drove 2.5 hours home on less than 1/4 tank of gas to find out that the fuel door was broken. Called on Monday and they had an "oh well" attitude. It took several calls and a month to get a call back from the salesman for an appointment for the scratch, who tried to play it off like I didn't call him back when he never once called me. He told me I could bring the car in Tuesday for paint. I called 5 times that day and finally got a manager late afternoon, only to find out they don't have paint staff except on mondays and didn't know why my car was there. Absolutely horrible customer service and cannot seem to pick up the phone to return a call until the customer is angry. More

Very very bad The rim service that the dealer ship have to come out to repair the customers rims is very unprofessional they put my rim on not secure the nuts,they The rim service that the dealer ship have to come out to repair the customers rims is very unprofessional they put my rim on not secure the nuts,they wasn't all the way tighten which could have resulted in my death in a automobile accident because of the professionalism of the rim service people I'm a firefighter safety is always first. I just can't believe this happened to me I'm very disappointed with this dealership even though after I paid getting ready to leave and notice a bump sound underneath the car and Technician corrected the problem I appreciate Mr. Salin getting a technician to correct a find out what was wrong. We have bought 3 new cars @ Family Hyundai within 3 years! Dealer couldn't find the following issues: 1. Car still continued to make a rubbing sound. Appears to be on front passenger side while driving 20-25 Dealer couldn't find the following issues: 1. Car still continued to make a rubbing sound. Appears to be on front passenger side while driving 20-25 MPH. Same issue when taken in for service week of 12-2018. But this time I missed 2 days of work and a loaner was Not given to me for a second return trip to the Service Dept. 2. Brakes seem to make a grinding sound- the sound comes and goes. Note: My vehicle has almost 56,000 miles. The factory coverage ends @ 60,000 miles! More
