Worst customer service I wanted to get idea of prices. They just listed off to me the rebates and then sat there looking at me. reason for new vehicle purchase happy with my overall experience. did not go to dealer to purchase a vehicle. went to dealer for a recall on my 2012 sonata hybrid. was told battery happy with my overall experience. did not go to dealer to purchase a vehicle. went to dealer for a recall on my 2012 sonata hybrid. was told battery had to be replaced and cost over $400 also belts on the hybrid recharging had to be replaced also over $400. i never had a problem starting the vehicle so i had to take their word for it. that is why i purchased a new vehicle.
