A Great Frank Baley Memory Frank Baley was GREAT! After visiting all auto makers, across the board, with vehicles comparable to the Santa Fe Sport. I came back not just becaus Frank Baley was GREAT! After visiting all auto makers, across the board, with vehicles comparable to the Santa Fe Sport. I came back not just because I decided the Santa Fe Sport was the right vehicle for me, BUT, Frank Baley, was a class act. I could have purchased that vehicle at any Hyundai dealer, but Frank was only at Family Hyundai! :-D More

Fine Experience My only issue with the whole process was trying to be upsold on a $200 remote starter I didn't need. I was told with the starter I was provided, I wo My only issue with the whole process was trying to be upsold on a $200 remote starter I didn't need. I was told with the starter I was provided, I would have to shut off the vehicle if I wanted to unlock and enter it, then restart it. This is not true. With the remote starter I negotiated, a driver can easily unlock the doors and enter the vehicle without having to shut it off. Poor attempt on an upsell there. More

Customer service Mr. Lacy had excellent customer skills. He was very pleasant to work with in assisting me in purchasing a new vehicle.
