When I arrived at the I want to personally thank Mike Keyes and Krystn Fox for the excellent customer services they provided. I truly appreciate it. When I arrived at the dealership, Mike was attending with a customer; however, he welcome me but did not just let me wait; he reached out to his co-worker Krystn to help me while he finished with his previous customer. His actions showed how important the customer was/is and therefore did not just let me wait; he respected my time. He demonstrated great team work and customer services. Krystn took care of me; she listened and resolved my concerns. Although Mike & I did not get the opportunity to talk that day; he contacted me later, which again demonstrated he cares and the importance of providing good services. The overall quality experience from the two individuals were a major factor to me returning . Kudos to Mike Keyes and Krystn Fox for being great team player - TEAM = Together Each Achieve More. More

Rip Off, Bait and Switch Purchased a Used Hyundai Sonata. Still have the sticker which says ALLOY WHEELS, but when they took the car in the back before letting us drive home Purchased a Used Hyundai Sonata. Still have the sticker which says ALLOY WHEELS, but when they took the car in the back before letting us drive home with it, my neighbor who works for Hyundai for over 20 yrs said that car is supposed to come standard with alloy wheels and those are hub caps. I immediately called back, and the GM said, well what do you want me to do, I'm not going to buy you alloy wheels. The sales guy even stated to us that they switched the wheels when they took the car back. Why would anybody ever want to purchase a car from such a dishonest dealership. I am constantly getting things in the mail from FAMILY HYUNDAI to come back and purchase a car, trade your car in, for what, so you can rip me off 2x in this lifetime. You couldn't even make it right the first time let alone give you another chance. Obviously Bob Watson doesn't care about his reputation since whoever the GM that shares his last name didn't take care of the problem. I wouldn't buy a car from them, dishonest people. More
