I was left waiting for 3 hours for a service that was estimated to be 1 hour. When I went to Kenneth, the gentleman who was assisting me, he dismissed me with an inconclusive answer and later left for th estimated to be 1 hour. It was really disappointing to be treated like that. The only way I found out my car's service had been completed was by finding another service provider who just happened to be around.
