Brian Schultz was so helpful to me. I had an oil leak and was traveling on a schedule that I could not change. I was left waiting for 3 hours for a service that was estimated to be 1 hour. When I went to Kenneth, the gentleman who was assisting me, he dismissed me with an inconclusive answer and later left for th estimated to be 1 hour.
