I brought my car in for a engine diagnosis. Everything the tech took apart for the diagnosis, he didn't put it back together right. When I complained about it, they just looked at it and did nothing, blaming it on engine failure. Spark plugs don't gap themselves. We were promised by the GM and our Sales contact the scratches on the car that were there when we purchased the car would be taken care of by the body shop? It took 3 appointments and driving a total of scratches on the car that were there when we purchased the car would be taken care of by the body shop?
