The first service gentleman did not know his job. Either he lied to me or the mechanic lied to him. My moon roof would not close when I turned the car off. I was in tears when I got home. My husband called and they offered to put a piece of plastic over it. My husband got in touch with Al. We had to take it right back. Not a short tripI live in New Lenox. However Al took care of everything . Offered me a loner car which I refused. Two days later the car was repaired and returned to me. The work performed was good. But to schedule the appointment I called 3 times. But never got a call back. It took me calling the customer rep manager to get it scheduled.
