When I call Family Hyundai and spoke to Tom, he welcomed me to come in same day and he would make sure it got done in a timely manner. I was able to pick up my car within 24 hours. He made the whole process very easy because he communicated with me throughout. Because of Tom, I will definitely be back and recommend friends and family as well. More

Service Manager Mike is abrasive, verbally aggressive, condescending, and unprofessional. Twice in past six months I've had to speak with him and both times he spoke to me in the most immature, demeaning condescending, and unprofessional. Twice in past six months I've had to speak with him and both times he spoke to me in the most immature, demeaning, and frankly bizarre manner. When my engine was awaiting replacement (under warranty), and I'm explaining to him that the rental car Hyundai provided me had been stolen, he went on a tirade about how "...you can blame your president for the supply chain issues, and why I got no cars on the lot to loan out." The brand new engine is now displaying symptoms of failure again. He contacted me about the issue after I visited the service department and in true Mike fashion, proceeded to verbally chastise me because, "I have paying loyal customers who have bought two, three, four, five cars from me that I gotta take care of." When I asked if there was no loyalty or accountability due to me for the labor his service team provided, he said, "One time we worked on your car. You're gonna have to wait two to three weeks and figure out a rental yourself." Complete lack of customer service or even basic communication skills. I am not looking for "loyalty rewards". I expect Mike, or any person with the title "Manager", to accept responsibility for work that they performed on a vehicle, regardless of the amount of money spent or cars purchased. I expect to be spoken to in a respectful, professional manner. None of which happened. Absolutely astonishing how this man is allowed to interact with customers, let alone maintain the title "Manager". More
