On this particular visit, I had an unexpected charge. I could tell my battery wasn’t operating at full capacity. Family Hyundai checked it and confirmed it was time for a new battery. I asked the customer service advisor “how much” the new battery would be. Receiving a high number, I still said yes do the installation as I didn’t want to battery to die and it would only take 30 minutes. Receiving the final bill there was $120 labor charge above the price provided to me. !! Maybe that is my fault for not specifying if the the price included labor but $120 for half an hour of labor is outrageous. More
