The gentleman that handled my car was wonderful. My car was in there care for more than 1 month. I was pleased with the work that was done however, when i came to pick up my car was very dirty. I was lost as what to do about this situation. I spoke with Michael the service manager several times for around a month trying to get the Insurance Company to give us an estimate on the cost to replace t with Michael the service manager several times for around a month trying to get the Insurance Company to give us an estimate on the cost to replace the windshield on my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. Michael was very understanding of my plight with the Insurance Company. After finally getting an approval, Michael had me in the shop within days and had the the windshield replaced in under 3 hours.
