Took vehicle into dealership for maintenance and check air conditioner on 6/7/21. Air conditioner needed a part that was ordered and paid for the same day. Called dealership on 7/2/21 to question status a air conditioner on 6/7/21. Air conditioner needed a part that was ordered and paid for the same day. Called dealership on 7/2/21 to question status and express my displeasure with at the lack of communication. Spoke with Mike Major who responded short temperedly that the part was on back order. To which I responded had I been informed then I would not be calling nor disappointed. Mike arranged for me an appointment the following day. upon arrival Mike apologized for the delay and lack of communication and discounted my charge by half. More

The service rep was very very friendly (Brian)…he gets a 5 star rating hands down. The mechanics in the garage? I guess they only interact with cars, because I didn’t even get as much as a wave while I st 5 star rating hands down. The mechanics in the garage? The guy at the computer gets a pass because he was working with a customer that was giving him her life’s story. But even he didn’t acknowledge me …..so I decided to just sit in my car. I enjoy working with Colin and Tom ( Service Advisors ) either on the phone or in person as they each take an interest in me and my car's needs.
