Colin was great. Able to walk in for an oil change. I showed up for an appointment only to be told I didn't have one (Al never put it in the system). They didn't call me back for 2 weeks, then when I spoke to Al on the phone he gave me attitude and a ton o have one (Al never put it in the system). They didn't call me back for 2 weeks, then when I spoke to Al on the phone he gave me attitude and a ton of excuses. Dropped my car off and they thought they were doing me a huge favor giving me a rental only to have my car ready for pickup later that afternoon. They replaced my broken remote start (broke for the second time) however this whole process included me driving 4 hours total, hiring two babysitters, money, time, etc. They didn't care at all and did the bare minimum work. I would never recommend them to anyone. More
