He knew I was coming into the service department on my day off and got me in and out as soon a possible, and brakes have been fine since. Though nobody wants to spend their time waiting for the car to be serviced on a day off, Tom has always been accommodating (to the extent that he can - some days I realize are just too busy to get customers in and out), professional and takes my concerns seriously.
