Poor experience with service department. made an appointment in mid-November for an appointment in mid-DECEMBER (over a MONTH OUT). Calling during lunchtime, they claimed there was NO record of an appointment, and the car was being treated as a walk-in and would not be looked at for another week, and they did not bother to call and confirm this change in the plan of record. This is after calling the service manager and mentioning the exact dates and times the appointment was booked and re-confirmed in late november. More
