On the other hand, I really did not like the compulsory, pressured, extended warranty pitch (two other employees - not Mike) I listened to everything, from two different employees, and politely declined, but the effort continued - wanting to know my reasons, coming back with sweetened offers. After a while, it became very annoying and off-putting. I don't want to go through that again with a new car from Ferguson. It was the opposite of your car sales approach. More
