Great people to work with! I happen to stumble across a Jeep on their website. It was a long shot since I live over 8 hours away and my schedule wouldn't permit me to leave town I happen to stumble across a Jeep on their website. It was a long shot since I live over 8 hours away and my schedule wouldn't permit me to leave town for several weeks. I knew it wouldn't be on the lot long, so I called. The receptionist forwarded me to Kaveh. I have bought numerous vehicles (7 Jeeps), so I was prepared for the salesman pitch seeing as I am in sales, too. But, Kevah was about as honest as it gets. I explained my concerns to him since I consider myself pretty affluent in Jeeps. He went as far as to send me a video walk-around and numerous pictures of the vehicle, showing me the things he knew it needed. It was quite refreshing seeing him emphasize the flaws more so than the eye catching components. I knew what I was getting from the start. Kaveh sent me to his finance guy. I was amazed at the extremely low APR on a used vehicle. I like to deal with local banks, but had a change of heart when he told me what my monthly payments would be though their lender. The paperwork was overnighted to me and back on his desk in 2 days. Kaveh immediately lined out a shipper. However, I was out of town and had to delay the process (my fault). I was not expecting it so soon. The shipping company was fast and friendly. When I got the Jeep I was shocked at the condition. It was flawless and clean considering it is 6 year old Jeep. This is the 3rd sight unseen vehicle I have purchased. This transaction was as smooth as it gets. I am extremely happy with my purchased and would highly recommend Kaveh and everyone at Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow! Thanks again fellas! It was a pleasure! More
