Decent purchase experience, cash with no trade so no need for a bunch of wasted time. Paid more than I wanted because I was told they were a one price store and after reviewing national prices feel like I p for a bunch of wasted time. Our salesman, Alberto Espitia, was friendly, knowledge and very helpful. He answered all our questions before and after the sale. He was never "pushy" and has continued to follow up with us for addition and very helpful. He answered all our questions before and after the sale. He was never "pushy" and has continued to follow up with us for additional questions or issues. However, the financial person (don't remember his name) was very rude and had a bad attitude which worsened every time after we informed him we did not want to purchase additional insurance. We would return to this dealership in the future, but would never work wih him again. More
