Ferguson Buick GMC

I called and worked out a lease with a salesman and the finance manager. I informed them I was from out of state and that I would have to schedule a date and time to pick up the truck however, I was comfor finance manager. I informed them I was from out of state and that I would have to schedule a date and time to pick up the truck however, I was comfortable finalizing paperwork and making my first payment either electronically or via overnight shipment of documents. All agreed and I subsequently filled out all of the paperwork and included my first payment in the return package. I informed the crew at Ferguson that I was not going to be able to pick up the truck in the coming week and would prefer to have it shipped (at my expense). I was told that I couldn't have it shipped, that I must be there in person to take delivery and that if I didn't show up in the next 'Day or Two' they were going to sell the truck to someone else. After speaking to multiple people at the dealership(whom all threatened to sell the truck to someone else) I informed them that I had A. Already sent them the legal paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle and B. The payment I sent it was already cashed and sitting in their bank account; not mine. They said they can cash checks and still sell the truck to someone else...at that point I was absolutely disgusted with the behavior of the staff as they were blatantly stating they could commit possible fraud because I wouldn't come pick up the vehicle the 'next day'. I will NEVER be a return customer and I highly recommend that if any future customer has a different option for a GMC purchase, go to a different dealer. Having to educate Finance Managers and Sales Managers on what a cloud on a vehicle title is shouldn't be the job of the customer and these guys were ready to knowingly cloud my vehicle's title. Unprofessional and inexcusable. Their Counsel should be breathing a sigh of relief... More

I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. The tail lights were illegal and vehicle should not have been sold with these aftermarket lights. I took vehicle back in and was told it was fixed. IT WAS NOT! I was lied to. The engine code was "reset", vehicle worked for about 200 miles. Now doing same thing. After market exhaust was not looked at and properly fixed. Vehicle is driveway ornament!!!! Lets go ahead and mention the crack in the 22 inch rim. Would not hold air. Kept going flat every three to four days. I had to replace the rims and tires. Thank god Facebook marketplace! I fixed lights myself. Oh, headlights and tail lights. Head lights pointed at the ground and stripped, so they could not be adjusted. Never any follow up to check and see how vehicle was running!! I am part of a state union and will definitely tell others never buy from Ferguson, unless my car gets fixed!! More
