I would like to commend BJ at your service center for his exceptional service. He resolved all my issues and the ding removed from my car. Although there was a delay in the initial pick-up as the repairs wer exceptional service. He resolved all my issues and the ding removed from my car. Although there was a delay in the initial pick-up as the repairs were not completed, BJ took proactive steps to ensure my convenience. He provided a full tank of gas, had my car detailed, and personally arranged for it to be delivered to me. His efforts significantly exceeded my expectations, especially compared to my experiences at the Wesley Chapel location. The service department would not check the bearing in my back wheel…they said I needed to purchase new tires first, and then they would check it. That is ridiculous…and ashame…as I was looking at purchasing back wheel…they said I needed to purchase new tires first, and then they would check it. That is ridiculous…and ashame…as I was looking at purchasing a 2025 430i Hybrid. However, you have priced yourself right out of my market. Every time I go in for maintenance they find something else. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is a fact that BMW’s cost more to maintain. Thank you More
