The dealership was nice and so was Andrew. My issue is with in my opinion, misinformation that was provided and the oil change service. My car started making a rattling noise as soon as I dr My issue is with in my opinion, misinformation that was provided and the oil change service. My car started making a rattling noise as soon as I drove off the lot after getting an oil change. It was not making any noise when I brought it in. There was also the issue of the tire balance and rotation that I scheduled. Andrew told me that the BMW does NOT recommend balance and rotating tires on my vehicle. I went with his word. Upon leaving, I spoke to my husband who then called 2 other BMW dealerships who stated that it is recommended to balance and rotate the tires on my vehicle every 3k-5k miles. My final issue is with the window tint. My husband got his car tinted there and mine was scheduled for a week later. Thank goodness he got his done first because the tint was not dark enough for my liking and there are several bubbles in his rear drivers side window. Andrew told me the tint they use is 35% and that it is the darkest allowed by law. I have been told by officers that 28% is the darkest. I took my care elsewhere to get tinted with a little darker tint. More
