I love Ferman - they are usually above superior. In this instance, they got me in at the last minute, which I was beyond grateful for but the service advisor I was assigned to was just not the usual In this instance, they got me in at the last minute, which I was beyond grateful for but the service advisor I was assigned to was just not the usual 10/10.
