They were looking out for doing the best job for me from beginning to end. I had lots of difficulty qualifying and needed the car on a rush which they went out of their way to accommodate. I tried to get thru to service for nearly 2 days to get my car in. My husband finally got ahold of someone to get it in at the end of day 2. Day 3 they worked on it and never called and said it was ready. my car in. My husband finally got ahold of someone to get it in at the end of day 2. Day 3 they worked on it and never called and said it was ready. A side note, the chairs in the BMW lounge are disgusting. They peel off and leave marks on your clothing. I'm shocked BMW doesn't come in and insist that they be replaced. More
