Sales experience was no concern, I felt as though I was being treated fairly and sales person was knowledgeable as expected. However I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Ferman bmw due to my experience with the sales manager. 5 days after purchasing my 2021 jeep wrangler from Ferman, my battery went dead. I called to see if I could possibly be towed or shuttled due to being stranded as well as pregnant. I spoke with Joe who then put me on speaker to speak with his sales manager. I honestly was not expecting such a rude response as if he was not interested in anything at all I had to say nor was he sympathetic . I simply was calling to let them know i just purchased a vehicle and I am now stranded in the parking lot, is there anything that can be done to help.Sales managers answer was “jeep opens at 7am have it towed there” with no justification as to why I was broke down and my vehicle would not start. As far as I’m concerned the dealership fee I paid when purchasing the vehicle should have covered service, why was this not checked when I purchased the vehicle. I am highly unsatisfied with my buying experience because of sales manager Brian and his unapologetically rude inconsiderate people skills. Sales managers should have better communication. More
Called on a Sat. Went through 3 people to get to the right person. Was told "all, set, we'll call you Monday and tell you what time to bring car. I communicated very clearly at the very first appointment the issue but the advisor didn’t listen. I was told something was required to get the rattle to stop. Are you absolutely pasta place to go double check because it doesn’t make any sense because the rattle stared after the front skid plate was removed. I drove the care for 2 months without a rattle. The advisor checked with the shop and said it was NOt possible to tighten up the skid plate in the rear with out the front. I decided to get the front down to stop the rattle. However got it done but the rattle did not go away. I called after 10 mins of picking the car up. In addition you guys say that you vacuum and wash vehicles, you have not vacuumed in my vehicle once. I also got my brake flush. However, they didn’t check the brake pads appropriately. I got a brake service pad less than two weeks after the brake flush. I’m addition they didn’t do the brake flush buy the book. They did it without removing the tires. They said they could put air in the tires because they didn’t know where the key for the room once over the key for the rivers in the place the key for the rim goes in a BMW alpina. Not to mentioned they didn’t call to just ask me so they could do the job. You do not offer rental cars as every other BMW dealer prior to my experience with this dealer. Finally when I requested a supervisor to call to review they had the same advisor calll. Then he said he didn’t hear me tell him the rattle was in the rear. This dealer is the worst BMW dealership I have worked with. More
