Excellent Ferman reminded me of my service due, scheduled it when I wanted, met me as I drove up, and escorted me to the waiting area. My service advisor got me Ferman reminded me of my service due, scheduled it when I wanted, met me as I drove up, and escorted me to the waiting area. My service advisor got me within 5 minutes, we agreed on what I wanted done, and I spent the next 2 hours in the comfortable waiting area working on my laptop (with wifi) and enjoying latte from their machine and bagels and cream cheese. The service was finished and the car washed and vacuumed, and the bill much less than expected. Yep, I'm happy. More

No major complaints. Had the usual good experience. I wish the service department would return voice mail messages. I don't think I've ever had a return call & I don't text.
