Good Prompt Service I needed an airbag recall. Scheduling and actual service was very professional and prompt. There was one disappointment. I had a PM appointment. I needed an airbag recall. Scheduling and actual service was very professional and prompt. There was one disappointment. I had a PM appointment. The scheduler said that I needed a loaner, because the repair might be overnight. She said that someone from the dealership would call me to arrange a loaner. No one called. I called the dealership and left a message. No one returned my call. I called again the day of service and was told that they didn't have a loaner until the following week. All worked out, because the work took less that 1 hour and I waited. However, a call back should have been made to me and made in time to adjust schedules if necessary. More

I live in Orlando where there is an existing BMW store with a less than stellar reputation and I was determined to find a dealer that could offer me an experience commensurate with the type of brand BMW is. After several interactions with other dealerships and sales people, I quickly determined that Steve Venden at Ferman was the guy. Even though Ferman was over a 100 miles away from my home, I chose Steve because he was extremely knowledgeable about the X5 and his passion for the brand and he didn't try and cram something down my throat that I didn't need just so he could make a sale. He took the time to listen to my needs and then educated me on the options that matched up to them. Steve also made it a point to keep me informed along the building/manufacturing process so I knew what to expect and I couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and call Steve Venden if you want this type of buying experience. This is my first BMW and he definitely made the buying/building process easy, smooth and most of all enjoyable!
