Basic Service, not above and beyond There is a known defect in the design of my make/model which I have already had to have repaired once before (I’m the first and only owner and I take There is a known defect in the design of my make/model which I have already had to have repaired once before (I’m the first and only owner and I take good care of my car which is still covered under warranty). The glove box leather peels away from the frame over time - not exactly a defect BMW’s are known for! The second glove box is now doing the same, but I was told it’s not covered and would cost $585 to fix. I have to pay for a glove box that has already been replaced once before because the defect STILL hasn’t been fixed?! Hard pass. I mentioned to the sales rep who called and gave me that price (Nick) that the service dept “doesn’t sell cars,” so they don’t care about customer loyalty or the fact that this is a serious customer service issue. I called the sales dept to let them know about Nick’s attitude and was told it would be handled internally. When I showed up to my appt with James (not listed below) he was ready to charge me close to $300 for oil and brake fluid service until I reminded him I still had the warranty. He was quick and kind fixing the mistake and added windshield wipers, all covered and no charge to me. He asked if I wanted to pay to fix the glovebox to which I responded no (I had thought that “fixing it internally” would have meant the dealership would have offered to fix the defective part, but unfortunately they did not). I will just take my business elsewhere for my next car (which I’ll be buying sometime in the next 2-3 months). More

I have kept all the conversation via email with this (ediot) I am sorry but I don’t want to use this word but I just felt insulated they way this guy treated me. Finally he just returned the car to my house because he don’t wanted to face me. More

He answered all of my questions about several different BMW models and series. He was very knowledgeable about each car. He also had a very polite and friendly manner, and was very professional. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. Even after we had closed the deal on the new car, he was very helpful, and made it clear he was available for any future questions or assistance with my new car purchase. I made it a point to request his business cards to pass on to friends and associates that are, or may be, interested in purchasing a BMW in the near future. Scott Douglas in Finance was also very helpful and informative, and gave clear and detailed responses and advice to all of my finance questions. More
