Knowledge of my BMW I bought a 320i in Aug. from a Chevy Dealership. Because I had questions about the car (my first BMW), I decided to go to the BMW dealership closest t I bought a 320i in Aug. from a Chevy Dealership. I called first and they were helpful on the phone and then suggested I just stop in for help with my questions. I did that today and was greeted by the Service Manager who spent some time with me and then had one of their experts also sit with me and go over additional questions I had. Plus they washed the car. I will definitely use them for future services. More

340i replacement After my car was damaged by Ferman service/Car wash whom ever I spent three weeks back and forth trying to get it fixed as it was 3 weeks old. Eventua After my car was damaged by Ferman service/Car wash whom ever I spent three weeks back and forth trying to get it fixed as it was 3 weeks old. Eventually frustration took over, and Robert helped me find a better replacement. I suffered great financial loss, and will def not be coming back to Ferman for my future BMW needs. But overall Robert was excellent with helping me resolve a problem the dealership should have taken ownership. Like the Porsche’s my family will be buying BMW’s at BertSmith. Again, Robert was great sales manager really didn’t give me anything worth while for my car in 4 weeks total I lost 10k because your service department is terrible at best. Regards, More

Alex Senko was amazing!!! He found an exelent car in another city and he was able to bring car to the dealership we need. Alex Senko and Phill Bennis offered a good deal for us and we decided to buy this car. While we're doing paperwork Alex had the car fully detailed and stay with our kid. Then we had one more problem we can't pick up the car because we hadn't an extra driver. Alex helped us and delivered car to our house, made us happy.
