Flat Tire I was towed in with no appointment due to a blowout in my run flat tire. The dealership got me shuttled to work while the damage was assessed. Luckily I was towed in with no appointment due to a blowout in my run flat tire. The dealership got me shuttled to work while the damage was assessed. Luckily the wheel was ok, but the force of the impact caused need for an alignment too I requested that both front tires be replaced, as they were worn anyway. Darlene only had 1 tire in stock, but set me up with a loaner car so I'd have transportation the next day. Everyone I worked with made everything so easy and they were super efficient-no hours in the waiting area. The prices were also in line with what Tire Kingdom would have charged to do the same work, so you're not getting over charged by going to the dealer. I'm so glad I bought my car here. More

Fantastic Salesman(Wow!!! Great Dealership) I Spoke to Dan Macdonald over the phone and right away I was impressed. I had called several other dealers and spoke to the business development unit I Spoke to Dan Macdonald over the phone and right away I was impressed. I had called several other dealers and spoke to the business development unit but the sales dept never called me back. Well Dan took all my information went outside to check on the car I called about and emailed me pics of the car. He even pointed out all the imperfections and highlighted them out in his pics...Wow must salesman don't do that. Dan gave me his cell and when I had questions that same day I must of called him on his cell phone 5 times and he answered every time. I did credit app over the phone and drove 250 miles to the dealership because I liked the Lexus they were selling but I also liked Dan. Believe me I would not have drove that distance if the salesman was an a>>hole which must of them are. When I arrived at the dealership Dan had the car looking immaculate as he put his best detail guy on it. I was so impressed I decided to buy another car from him a few days later, I just wish all sales guys could be like him! More
