Another awesome purchase with Mary Keller This is our sixth vehicle purchase at Ferman BMW and with Mary Keller. It always seems that we are only able to get to the dealership late in the eve This is our sixth vehicle purchase at Ferman BMW and with Mary Keller. It always seems that we are only able to get to the dealership late in the evenings and Mary and the staff at Ferman always stay late to help us finish our transaction, sometimes ending at 10:30 to 11:00 at night. They never make us feel like we are inconveniencing them and still take all the time needed to make sure they cover all vehicle and contract points. Will never buy a BMW from anyone else except Mary Keller. More
