My experience at the dealership was phenomenal. The staff members were courteous and took time to explain everything to me. The cost of my vehicle diagnostics and repair were justified. I did not feel like I was being price gouged - which has always been my hesitation with manufacturers. I gave three stars instead of five because the two Lyft pick-ups arranged by the dealership were awful, although well intended. I strongly urge BMW to reevaluate their contract with Lyft. I felt incredibly uncomfortable, unsafe, and unsatisfied with that measure of my experience. It had me in tears twice… a staggering poor start and end to my day, although the dealership interaction was pleasant in between. Lyft service is of no reflection of the BMW staff members and the experience they provided. Next time I will call my own Uber or another transportation service with higher standards for drivers/vehicles. Honestly I’d rather walk. Barefoot. More
