The Ferman BMW Dealership did a great job servicing my 540i. I drive it a lot, especially on highways, so I got every service they recommended and it the car has a great feel to it while driving! Was completely surprised that my tire and rim warranty which I paid an extra $3k and was told at the time that they were covered … just to find out that it does not cover damage by a pot hole which caused which I paid an extra $3k and was told at the time that they were covered … just to find out that it does not cover damage by a pot hole which caused my tire to go flat…. then I was told I need to read the “fine print” that explains it was not covered and I had to pay $400 just to have the rims “fixed” which meant bending them to make them round again…. Nice selling job to buy “coverage” which does NOT cover regular road hazards like a pot hole causing a flat…. Can’t believe I am the only one that you guys did the bait and switch routine…. Service person was very nice and I don’t blame him… I even spoke to your salesman who I bought it from and he was not aware of the lack of coverage…. You really should be ashamed “selling something” that is not true… especially for $3k…. More
