I want to give recognition and show appreciation to Pete & Vince in Parts. I came in to the parts department needing to get some coolant for my car. Due to some unforeseen technical issues, they stepped o & Vince in Parts. I came in to the parts department needing to get some coolant for my car. Due to some unforeseen technical issues, they stepped out, took a look at my car, helped me top off my coolant and took nothing in return. How can I thank them enough? I love Ferman - they are usually above superior. In this instance, they got me in at the last minute, which I was beyond grateful for but the service advisor I was assigned to was just not the usual In this instance, they got me in at the last minute, which I was beyond grateful for but the service advisor I was assigned to was just not the usual 10/10.
