Poor service and communication by the service advisor, Courtney. I asked for any service to be done as the dash light was on. Changed the oil and never asked me if I wanted any other service even though Courtney. I asked for any service to be done as the dash light was on. After they changed the oil and did th 27 point check, I got home and noticed the vehicle check light was on under vehicle status. Texted back and forth with Courtney and she told me that check was done as it cost $174 and most people are happy with the 27 point check. I would have done this as there is 35,000 miles on the care. Fast forward to a week later and my battery discharge light went on. Down to 27% which would have been picked up by the service that was not done. I got the battery changed out at the nearest dealership to me, Sarasota. No more Ferman. I could have been stranded if I had been on a long trip. Poor service and communication by the service advisor and assumptions rather than just telling me what my options were. Courtney's name is not on the service dept. list so I rated Jamie, who was my advisor on my prior visit, she did a good job. More
