Disappointing Car was serviced on Saturday and then parked. Monday morning all 4 tires needed air. Wiper blade was screeching across the glass and unable to see in the rain. I needed a tire but you said they aren’t in stock and I really don’t need them yet, but soon. Tires were not rotated and I did not get any feedback from the tech regarding the many service errors I was receiving on my car. Oh snd I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 20 minutes to just sign off to leave the car. This was not quality service by any stretch of my imagination. There are lots of car makers, car dealers and car service center. I will think long and hard when thinking about where to buy my next car. BTW- this was not my usual service guy. But I would think any service guy should give the same service. More
Great Service Center The Ferman BMW Service center has taken care of my last two Beamer’s. They service the car per scheduled maint required. When I pick up the car it has The Ferman BMW Service center has taken care of my last two Beamer’s. They service the car per scheduled maint required. When I pick up the car it has been washed and Is very clean. The service is fast and the Service advisor reports what was done. They have an Awesome lounge, if you wait for your car. I have been very happy with the service department and all aspects of Ferman BMW. Pete in the parts department is wonderful! He has helped me purchase Accessories for both of my BMW’s.. I will not go anywhere else! More
Terrible Follow up I brought my 2007 BMW for service for 3 recalls they checked the car out did the recalls. When I got home When I started the car the next day the ch I brought my 2007 BMW for service for 3 recalls they checked the car out did the recalls. When I got home When I started the car the next day the check engine light was on with some other warning lights. I called the dealership back and was told to drop the car off next week. I explained that we need a car and was told my car is not a 2013 or newer so no looner vehicle. I explained that I bought the car at Ferman BMW. And he basically said it's to old. Very disappointed and I will never use a Ferman dealership ever again. My service agent Cesar was awesome the one I talked to on Saturday was awful. More
