Caesar did a great job! Caesar did a great job keeping me up to date in the loop. I am using a lot of oil 8 quarts between services. Ferman BMW Always Provides Great Maintenance and Service I always use Ferman BMW for all of my maintenance needs since moving back to Tampa Bay from Seattle. Two weeks ago one of my tires had a blowout. I ha I always use Ferman BMW for all of my maintenance needs since moving back to Tampa Bay from Seattle. Two weeks ago one of my tires had a blowout. I had my car towed to Ferman BMW and dropped it off. The next morning Marc sent me text messages informing me of the costs to replace the tire as well as preventive maintenance that was almost due. The maintenance was completed on time and for a few dollars than was quoted. Marc and the rest of the team at Ferman BMW are always professional, efficient, and courteous.
